We arrived in Sedona on Friday.
It is much colder than Phoenix due to the higher altitude: 4300 ft. When
we got here it was 5C at night and 20C during the day.
Very different landscape. The mountains are steep and close to each others, all around the town of Sedona.
La terre est rouge et la végétation est différente du sud de l'Arizona. Il y a moins de cactus (il y en a quand même beaucoup), mais il y a aussi des arbres: des cèdres, des pins et quelques feuillus.
There earth is red everywhere. There are not as many cactus than the southern part of arizona, but there are more threes (cedar, pine, and some threes with leaves that we don't know what they are...).
It feels like in a Cow-Boys movie or in a Road Runner cartoon!
